What is Combat Submission Wrestling?

Combat submission wrestling is a No-Gi hybrid style of submission wrestling developed by MMA pioneer, Erik Paulson. CSW focuses on clinching, takedowns, grappling, and submissions. Blending the unique styles of various wrestling styles with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, CSW concentrates on both upper and lower body submissions to control the fight on the ground.

Our certified instructors teach you how to move fluidly from position to position. You'll also learn how to perform and defend chokes, joint locks, leglocks, and armlocks.
